You do *not* need to send completed qualification certificates with this entry. Qualification certificates must reach the NaStA Performance Test Director by 16 August 2021 together with a full copy of the horse’s passport. You must bring the horse’s original passport to the Final Days, and ensure your horse’s flu vaccinations are up to date. Entries for breeding geldings must include your stud-book’s written confirmation of licence to breed by frozen semen and approval to enter the Performance Test. All the information provided by entrants/riders on this form and on the qualification certificates may be added to the NaStA database and shared with the media and the appropriate breed society for the purposes of organising and reporting the Performance Test and for studbook administration. By completing the entry form and the qualification certificates all owners and riders give their consent to this use of the data. NaStA undertakes not to share the data other than as specified above.
